Role Overview: As the Director of Capacity and Profitability Management, you will sit at the core of our client's organization, ensuring the balance between revenue maximization and cost reduction. Your role is to drive data-driven decisions that optimize operations across all routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Align commercial and operational goals to maximize profitability.
- Act as the key decision-maker on route profitability, sailing frequency, and resource allocation.
- Operational Optimization:
- Work with Freight, Tourist, and Maritime teams to develop schedules that maximize utilization and minimize costs.
- Oversee crewing levels, port times, and fuel consumption to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaboration and Guidance:
- Bridge gaps between departments, ensuring collaboration to optimize profitability.
- Empower local teams with guidelines and tools for effective capacity management.
