As they move forward with their strategic growth, they now require a Director of Business Development to join their leadership team based in Mobile, Alabama.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably in the Maritime industry. In addition, you will be highly adept at identifying strategic acquisition targets and cultivating a successful relationship.
You must have the following to be considered for this senior role:
Strong analytical skills
Strategic and critical thinking ability
A proven ability to identify new M&A targets and potential Joint ventures
The ability to participate actively in the integration phase and deal execution
A high degree of emotional intelligence.
