We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead and grow our client's commercial presence in the marine services market. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, perfect for a strong sales hunter who also excels at coaching and managing a sales team. No P&L responsibility, but a strong focus on growth, strategy, and team performance.
What You Will Do:
  • Drive new business through direct, hands-on sales (hunter mentality)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new market opportunities
  • Build and strengthen key client relationships across the maritime sector
  • Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on commercial strategies
What We Look For:
  • Proven experience in hunting / direct B2B sales, ideally in marine, offshore, or industrial services
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on, comfortable selling at executive level
  • Commercially savvy, with strong understanding of sales planning and execution
