What You Will Do:
- Drive new business through direct, hands-on sales (hunter mentality)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new market opportunities
- Build and strengthen key client relationships across the maritime sector
- Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership on commercial strategies
- Proven experience in hunting / direct B2B sales, ideally in marine, offshore, or industrial services
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue and growth targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Self-driven, strategic, and hands-on, comfortable selling at executive level
- Commercially savvy, with strong understanding of sales planning and execution
