The Person We're Looking For:
We seek a candidate interested in long-term employment and passionate about cyber security and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will join our international and experienced IT team, working alongside two IT Fleet Support Engineers and an IT Systems Administrator. Reporting directly to the IT Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our client's IT systems.

Cyber Security (Shore and Fleet):
- Implementing and enforcing IT and Cyber Security Policies.
- Conducting security assessments and incident investigations.
- Periodically reviewing and enhancing office and fleet networks.
- Assisting in maintaining the office network and virtualization platform.
- Maintaining and expanding cybersecurity solutions for the fleet.
- Providing day-to-day IT support to vessels, both remotely and occasionally on-site.
- Advanced knowledge of network security and infrastructure.
- Experience with network equipment such as Fortinet, Dell, and HP servers.
- Proficiency in VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Learner mentality with enthusiasm for new technologies.
