Faststream have partnered with a dynamic, international company who are market leaders in providing a range of services and digital products to the maritime industry. 

My clients are fast growing yet very well established, and have excellent brand equity in the market. They are forward thinking and on the forefront of their industry, providing their clients with business intelligence and digitalisation products and services, and they are looking for a Customer Support Executive to be located in Hong Kong. 

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active individual with a 'can-do' attitude, who will be supporting clients and internal stakeholders in the company's commercial activities.

You will be responsible for handling customer support services to ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience and will be a vital member who will support the APAC team in achieving the sales targets. 

Due to the niche nature of the industry, those who have customer service experience within the maritime industry will be held in high regard.
