Faststream has an interesting and challenging Customer Service Specialist position for one of the leading logistics players in the market.

In the capacity of an Customer Service Specialist, the responsibilities will be as follows: -
  • Be a resource for Operation & Customer Service in setting up customer profiles via Cargowise system
  • Maintenance of rate files for any sport rates or RFQ / tender gained business
  • Co-ordinate and follow up of shipment arrangement (airfreight / seafreight / trucking),
  • Work closely with local and regional implementation teams
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following: -
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar job capacity, within Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry is required for this position
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel and operational system (C1, forward)
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated; independent yet a team player
  • Proficient in English with good communication and interaction skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
