In the capacity of an Customer Service Specialist, the responsibilities will be as follows: -
- Be a resource for Operation & Customer Service in setting up customer profiles via Cargowise system
- Maintenance of rate files for any sport rates or RFQ / tender gained business
- Co-ordinate and follow up of shipment arrangement (airfreight / seafreight / trucking),
- Work closely with local and regional implementation teams
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar job capacity, within Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry is required for this position
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Excel and operational system (C1, forward)
- Detail oriented, able to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated; independent yet a team player
- Proficient in English with good communication and interaction skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
