Responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Shipment Coordination: Oversee airfreight and oceanfreight logistics, including booking, tracking, and documentation, while liaising with carriers and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Address shipping issues, proactively update customers on delays, and find effective solutions.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare shipping documents, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operation.
- Strong master of freight forwarding operations, ocean and air documentation, regulations, and industry practices.
