We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding and a passion for exceptional customer service. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating airfreight and oceanfreight shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Shipment Coordination: Oversee airfreight and oceanfreight logistics, including booking, tracking, and documentation, while liaising with carriers and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Address shipping issues, proactively update customers on delays, and find effective solutions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare shipping documents, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor feedback and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key requirements:
  • Degree in Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operation.
  • Strong master of freight forwarding operations, ocean and air documentation, regulations, and industry practices.
