In this position, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, manage customer inquiries, communicating customer issues as needed and collaborate with the different departments in the organization.
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Executive with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in SatCom within the Maritime Industry.
This position will suit someone who enjoys being a self-starter and quick learner who possesses the ability to be effective at addressing issues and interfacing with both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with customers effectively and efficiently and fully comprehend the products and services offered.
