Faststream is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to work for a global shipping company in Hamburg.
You will need to have some knowledge of shipping and logistics in order to be responsible for talking with customers, dealing with bookings, tracking shipments, invoicing and monitoring ships' positions. You will be a strong support for Account Managers as well as communicating with customers and other areas of the business. You will need to be a confident multi-tasker with strong organisation skills as well as being confident within customer service.
You will be joining a large scale global shipping company but with a smaller office in Hamburg. They will consider juniors through to more experience candidates for this position.
