Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate crewing activities for our LPG vessels.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international and local regulations related to crewing.
- Develop and maintain effective crewing policies and procedures.
- Recruit and hire crew members as needed.
- Monitor crew performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records related to crewing activities and personnel.
- Ensure that all crew members are properly certified and trained for their respective roles.
- Communicate effectively with vessel managers, crew members, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, logistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in crewing management, preferably in the LPG shipping industry.
- Strong knowledge of international and local regulations related to crewing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and crew management software.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
