Role Overview:
As a Crewing Specialist, you will be a key liaison between the crew and the company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and advising sea staff regarding their assignments, contracts, and schedules.
- Managing crew changes, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved.
- Collaborating with various departments to coordinate crewing activities effectively.
- Conducting recruitment efforts to identify and onboard qualified sea staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to crew assignments and changes.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Previous experience in either Human Resources or Crewing within the maritime industry.
- Strong knowledge of crewing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with sea staff and various departments.
- Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
- A solid understanding of shipping operations or a background in HR, with a keen eye for detail.
