I am exclusively supporting a leading Shipping company who own and operate a large modern fleet of Tanker vessels. They have an exciting opportunity to bring on a  Crewing Manager that will be managing not only crew on board but also managing the shoreside crewing staff as well.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the crewing department.

The ideal candidate will have:-
  • Experience in marine crewing 
  • Knowledge of marine and sea faring certification is essential
  • Proven people management experience of office staff is essential
  • Ability to be based permanently in the Netherlands or Romania
