Faststream Recruitment are working with an International Ship Management Company with offices world wide. Our client is looking to extend its services in the Greek shipping market.
The Country Manager role will have a key focus on business development with Greek ship owners and to assist on technical matters where required. You will be reporting into the Global Business Development Director and will have interfaces with Technical, Crewing and compliance functions.
This role is offered on a remote basis but it is envisaged that the candidate is likely to be based close to Athens to enable the development of relationships within the Greek Shipping community. Whilst the role is primarily focused on business development, candidates with a strong technical background such as vessel manager or technical superintendent and a good sales background would be considered.
