- Oversee budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in menus and beverage programs.
- Senior F&B leadership experience in cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel.
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus.
