Job Title: Corporate Food and Beverage Manager

Work: Office-based with travel

Role Summary:
Lead and oversee food and beverage operations across the fleet, ensuring top-quality guest experiences, innovation, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fleet-wide food and beverage strategies.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and supply chain operations.
  • Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to optimize offerings.
  • Lead and mentor shipboard food and beverage teams.
  • Oversee budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
  • Drive innovation and sustainability in menus and beverage programs.
Qualifications:
  • Senior F&B leadership experience in cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages a plus.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
