Job Opportunity: Business Performance Finance Manager
Location: Europe | Full-Time | 

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Performance Manager to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the company’s operational and financial performance through data-driven decision-making, strategic analysis, and client-focused solutions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a corporate business environment.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in handling financial data, statements, budgets, invoices, and related financial documentation.
  • Advanced data management and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing, reporting, and editorial abilities.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support data collection, analysis, and management activities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards across all business sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Business Performance Manager and clients to monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Conduct and interpret annual customer satisfaction surveys, providing actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Accounting teams to develop systems for cross-functional performance data analysis.
  • Present statistical performance reviews and propose strategic improvements.
  • Deliver training and process support to the Operations team.
  • Participate in and support the annual budgeting process, maintaining and presenting budget files to clients.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and implementation of Company Guidelines and Procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to financial operations and reporting across departments.
  • Identify and address workplace or interpersonal barriers that hinder performance.
  • Promote and uphold industry best practices within the team.
  • Participate in various projects as assigned.
Reporting Line: The Business Performance Manager reports directly to the Head of Business Performance.
