Faststream is partnering with a leading, forward‑thinking ship owner to recruit a Commercial Operator (LNG) to join their expanding operations team.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Commercial Operator, you will:
- Operate 3–5 LNG vessels at any one time
- Manage a mix of spot voyages and time‑chartered vessels
- Work collaboratively with an Assistant Operator and the wider commercial/technical teams
- Ensure safe, efficient, and commercially sound voyage execution
- Liaise closely with charterers, terminals, masters, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Immediate right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Knowledge of LNG vessel operations, ideally supported by seagoing experience on LNG carriers
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to respond professionally and effectively to customers
- Demonstrable teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong IT literacy and confidence working with technical systems
- Strong IT skills
