About the Role A growing international shipping agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its footprint across North and South America, with a particular focus on Central America — including Colombia, Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, and surrounding markets.

The mission is clear: diversify the client base, drive new business, and strengthen the company’s position as a trusted regional maritime partner.
