Job Description



As a Claims Associate, you'll be responsible for handling P&I claims for our cruise and ferry clients. This involves providing expert advice, managing a caseload of personal injury cases, and fostering strong relationships with our members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle assigned claims and provide advice according to company procedures.
  • Manage personal injury cases, including complex matters, with independence and accountability.
  • Promote positive relationships with our clients and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support with the underwriting objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to their development.
  • Contribute to company publications with relevant articles.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in personal injury cases, ideally within the maritime industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
