We are partnering with a global maritime services organization to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Asia, who will also serve as Country Manager for Singapore. This pivotal leadership role will steer the commercial strategy across the Asia-Pacific region and oversee full P&L management for the company’s Singapore operations.
This position is ideal for a dynamic and strategic commercial leader with deep maritime industry experience and a passion for driving growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities Regional Commercial Leadership (CCO Asia)
  • Define and execute the commercial and growth strategy across APAC.
  • Lead the regional revenue agenda by identifying new business opportunities, key market segments, and potential partnership or acquisition targets.
  • Serve as the regional voice on the Global Management Team, translating global strategy into actionable regional initiatives.
Singapore Business Leadership (Country Manager)
  • Hold full P&L accountability for the Singapore entity, ensuring strong financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the sales, customer success, and commercial execution activities to deliver profitable growth.
  • Oversee critical operational functions including procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and efficient supply chain execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and certification requirements and uphold best-in-class operational standards.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
Candidate Profile Background & Experience
  • At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience within the maritime, offshore, or technical services sector.
  • Proven record of P&L ownership and successful delivery of commercial results.
  • Strong network and reputation within the APAC maritime ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) activities.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a maritime technical/engineering discipline is required.
  • MBA or relevant business graduate degree is highly advantageous.
