- Drive overall growth and development of assigned Energy Offshore clientele, including both new and existing accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the offshore energy sector, including but not limited to Oilfield Services, FPSO, FSRU, OSVs, Industrial Projects and all Energy Offshore related clientele.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and account retention.
- Sell and promote integrated services to clients, with an emphasis on delivering tailored solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven track record in business development or account management within Energy, Offshore, or related industries.
- Knowledge of Logistics and Shipping preferred, with the ability to position integrated services to clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
