This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role focused on expanding feeder services, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening market presence across key Indonesian ports and logistics corridors.
What you’ll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Indonesia
- Build partnerships with terminals, barge operators, cargo owners, and logistics stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and feasibility studies
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to regional leadership
- Represent the business at industry events and networking forums
- 7+ years’ experience in commercial roles within shipping, container, or breakbulk sectors
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s maritime and logistics ecosystem
- Established local industry network
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and commercially sharp
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia
