Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing and promotion strategies for products as part of the company's global expansion plan. Execute these strategies gradually.
- Manage all operational aspects of a specific product or region, taking full responsibility for meeting performance targets.
- Gather, maintain, and report market data. Analyse and forecast market conditions for assigned products/regions to support the company's global business strategy and performance goals.
- Maintain relationships with customers in target markets. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, offering marketing services to overseas customers.
- Establish and nurture a dedicated overseas sales team, providing them with professional support.
Requirements:
- Minimally 2 years of experience in overseas trade along a strong network of upstream and downstream customers. Preferably from the chemical trade industry.
- Proficiency in market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and knowledge of key stakeholders such as core customers and suppliers.
- Proficiency in marketing strategy development, customer relationship management, and a sound understanding of risk management in international business are required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, the ability to thrive under pressure, and prior experience in team leadership
