Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives through quantitative analysis and commercial modelling
- Translate analytical insights into effective marketing and pricing strategies
- Develop and communicate clear value propositions for internal and external commercial discussions
- Align service capabilities with pricing structures to support revenue and profitability objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to understand key revenue drivers and profit optimisation levers
- Participate in business travel as required to support relationship development and commercial objectives
Requirements:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Sound understanding of marketing concepts, including the application of quantitative methodologies
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect pricing, service delivery, and financial outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate business concepts effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently without reliance on extensive on-the-job training
- Excellent communication skills in Business English and Mandarin (spoken and written), enabling effective engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the China market
- Background in engineering, mathematics, or other technically oriented disciplines is advantageous
