Faststream has partnered with a leading international software provider in the search for Customer Success Executive to join their dynamic team in Singapore.
Our clients specialise in providing a range a software solutions to the maritime industry.
This role will see the candidate partnering with existing clients as a subject matter expert for the solution they are managing.
You will be providing main point of contact and project manager for the integration of the software in to the clients business. You will be liaising with clients and understanding their needs, as well as translating these in to technical requirements and working with the technical team to execute and implement the project.
This role would suit a highly organised and meticulous individual who has excellent communication skills.
