- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance vessel performance and efficiency.
- Senior engineering experience at sea on bulk carrier vessels.
- Relevant shore based experience in a technical superintendent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
