Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to HQ in China
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage cash flow and perform financial forecasting
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required
- Understand and apply incoterms in the trading business
- Perform consolidation of financial statements for the group
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA/ACCA qualification required **
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full set of accounting
- Experience in incoterms and consolidation is a must
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken to communicate with China counterparties
