The Role -
To assist the clients support team with administrative tasks. IR35 compliance will be a major part of this role to assist other departments with information and guidance.
- Effective mailbox management; ensuring timely action and responses
- Reporting dashboard maintenance data validation checks
- Ensure documentation and reporting statistics issued are always current, relevant, and appropriate
- Productive liaison and engagement with internal and external agency contacts
- Escalation of any compliance concerns or time-driven delivery challenges
- Promptly deal with all manager request and Stakeholder requests
- Attend all meeting when required
- Demonstrable experience in a busy, fast paced organisatio
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of Excel
- System/Database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good relationship building skills; understanding of internal customer relationships and ability to work with people at all levels
- Discreet and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Able to prioritise a demanding workload in line with requirements, whilst maintaining accuracy and delivery in line with expectations.
- Positive, with a "can do" attitude; pride in own work and a flexible approach to working
- Willingness to learn and ability to apply continuous learning in order to add value to the business
