Key Responsibilities (Office & Administrative Support)


  • Answer incoming telephone calls from clients and external stakeholders
  • Monitor stationery levels and place orders when required
  • Act as the main point of contact for office maintenance and repair requirements, liaising with key suppliers and stakeholders
Survey & Planning Support 


  • Handle client enquiries relating to survey and audit requests
  • Provide an initial assessment of the time required for surveys and audits
  • Propose suitable surveyor or auditor assignments
  • Confirm jobs with clients and schedule surveyors accordingly
  • Coordinate with other internal administration teams to ensure efficient surveyor utilisation and overall business effectiveness
Candidate Requirements


  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally via telephone and email
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to manage short-notice changes in a fast-paced, dynamic shipping environment
  • Well organised and methodical, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities
  • Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn bespoke internal systems
