Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts within the offshore industry while also driving upselling and cross-selling of the comprehensive suite of software solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation within the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture key accounts within the offshore industry, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional software solutions to existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, provide strategic guidance, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive growth initiatives and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, industry knowledge, and innovative solutions to address their business challenges
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Proven track record of success in account management, preferably within the maritime industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their application within operational processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East and North Africa
