I am working exclusively with a global Yacht Management company, seeking a Yacht Accounts team member in their Fort Lauderdale office.

Candidates must reside within commuting distance and have the right to live and work in the USA. No sponsorship will be offered.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Yacht Accounts Manager with financial tasks for a portfolio of yachts
  • Prepare reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate accounts and anti-fraud measures
  • Liaise with Captains, Owners, and Yacht Managers
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and due diligence
Ideal candidate:
  • Accounting experience
    Superyacht industry experience highly desirable
  • Strong numerical, budgeting, and accounts skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • High computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and discreet
  • Fluent English
