Key responsibilities:
- Support the Yacht Accounts Manager with financial tasks for a portfolio of yachts
- Prepare reports and budgets
- Maintain accurate accounts and anti-fraud measures
- Liaise with Captains, Owners, and Yacht Managers
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and due diligence
- Accounting experience
Superyacht industry experience highly desirable - Strong numerical, budgeting, and accounts skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- High computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and discreet
- Fluent English
