We are seeking a dedicated Marine Vetting & Assurance Superintendent to join our Loss Prevention, Safety, and Quality (LPSQ) division. In this role, you will play a critical role in upholding and enforcing the highest standards of marine safety and compliance across our company's operations. Your primary objective will be to oversee the vetting process, conduct audits, and provide expert guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement in maritime operations.

Requirements:

Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in Marine Safety, Audit, and Assurance within sizable multinational companies, preferably in maritime or shipping-related industries.
Preference for Candidates with Sailing experience up to Master or Chief officer ranking with additional certifications in maritime safety and vetting
Have a proven track record in conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments in the maritime industry.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin communication
