We are seeking a qualified and experienced Marine Engineer or Naval Architect to join as a Vessel Resource Manager (VRM). In this role, you will leverage your operational and maintenance expertise to oversee and manage the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on our vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and operation of company internally owned and 3rd Party survey and light-geotechnical vessel operations, including mobilizations while keeping safety of operations as top priority.
Providing day-to-day support to Project Manager(s), offshore Technical Coordinator(s), on equipment related queries and troubleshooting, liaising with equipment resource team on technical topics as necessary.
Guiding and supporting Commercial teams at project bidding stages, assisting project and operational teams with day-to-day operational performance and challenges
Manage / perform annual maintenance OPEX budget planning for project equipment permanently installed on owned vessels.

What we are looking for:

HND or bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering / Naval Architecture
Sailed as a min 2nd Engineer (unlimited) or/ Min of 8 years of experience in managing offshore vessel (DP1/2/3) operations, Mobilizations, Demobilizations
Min of 3 years of management experience
Sailed as a min 2nd Engineer (unlimited)
