A well-established shipping group is seeking an experienced Vessel Operator to support post-fixture operations for a mixed fleet of Supramax and Panamax vessels. The role involves a combination of shipowning and cargo operations, with a strong focus on voyage execution and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily post-fixture operations for bulk carriers
Liaise with charterers, ship managers, and vessels
Monitor cargo activities at load/discharge ports
Handle key documentation (LOIs, BLs, CPs, addendums)
Create hire statements/invoices and update IMOS/TRANS
Track vessel performance and voyage-related KPIs
Coordinate with insurers for HRA calls and claims handling

Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience in dry bulk vessel operations
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficient in IMOS, TRANS, and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of dry bulk documentation and voyage monitoring

Scope:

Vessel type: Supramax / Panamax
Fleet size: 7–8 vessels
Operation split: ~75% shipowning, ~25% cargo
