Your Role at a Glance:
As a Vessel Operator, you’ll manage the full cycle of voyage operations—ensuring each voyage is smooth, cost-efficient, and aligned with customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily voyage planning and execution from pre-stow to post-voyage wrap-up
Liaise with vessels, agents, ship managers, and stevedores
Ensure smooth communication and contract compliance
Optimize voyage performance and minimize operational costs
Prepare accurate cargo intake and stowage plans
Anticipate issues and implement proactive solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2-5 years of hands-on experience in dry bulk or general bulk carrier operations
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally connected environment
