We're seeking a skilled individual to provide top-tier underwriting services.
Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with potential and existing members, managing underwriting matters, identifying loss prevention needs, and ensuring smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with potential and current members.
  • Manage underwriting tasks in assigned areas according to company protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for loss prevention initiatives.
  • Provide coverage in the Syndicate Manager's absence.
  • Ensure consistency in underwriting practices.
  • Contribute to refining company procedures and systems.
  • Delegate tasks to assistants and executives.
  • Undertake any additional tasks within your abilities as needed.
  • Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in P&I, either with a P&I Club or broker, required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized and methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
