Duties:
- Access risk in line with guidelines and maintain adherence to procedures.
- Build relationships, identify new opportunities and monitor portfolio performance
- Ensure premium payment, issue blue cards and conduct sanctions screening for cover binding
- Have a clear communication to explain contractual issues and additional cover requirement to members and brokers, determine whether additional coverage is required.
- Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Relationship building skills
- Ability to confidently market and bring in new business
