As a Training Superintendent, your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Training manual and conducting courses (including CBT, simulator training, etc) for safe vessel operations and marine environmental protection, meeting regulatory and company-specific standards. You'll efficiently identify and address training needs within budget, maintain records, and rectify deficiencies promptly. Staying updated on industry developments, offering proactive solutions, and reporting to the line manager are crucial. Understanding seafarer readiness' impact on business performance and fostering professional relationships are also key duties.

Key Requirements:
- Former Master Mariner with relevant shore-based experience as a trainer conducting trainings relevant for bulk and/or tanker vessels.
- TOTA/VICT certification and prior experience leading Liquid Cargo Handling Simulator (LCHS) training will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Presently based in Mumbai.
