Faststream is currently recruiting for a Trade Coordinator to work for a global Shipping company based in their Hamburg office.
This role will be to oversee the profit and loss of contracts that have been entered in to. You will be responsible for voyage budgets, trade control, allocation of vessels and calculations of freight rates. You will be ensuring that contract obligations are met and work in close contact with both the operations and marine quality team.
You will need to have a shipping related degree and experience in another role in the shipping industry, however more senior candidates will also definitely be considered. You will receive full training, however the role will start immediately with a busy desk. Knowledge of contracts and P&L will be very beneficial.
You will be joining a company that is looking to invest in their staff and encourage progression throughout with good benefits as well. This will be with a large scale global shipping company, however joining a small branch in Hamburg so you will know your colleagues and get the support needed.
