Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vessels meet Class, Flag, ISM, and Company requirements.
- Maintain high safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and dry-dock planning/execution.
- Provide technical support, defect management, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain CMMS accuracy and ensure effective reporting.
- Coordinate surveys and inspections with regulatory bodies.
- Monitor vessel OPEX budgets and spare parts inventory.
- Conduct vessel visits and technical audits.
- Support and align onboard management teams with company objectives.
- Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Nautical Science.
- Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency.
- Senior seagoing experience on offshore support vessels preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ shore-based superintendent experience.
- Strong knowledge of vessel systems, maintenance, dry-docking, ISM, Class, and Flag requirements.
- Proficient in CMMS and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
