The Role

As LPG Technical Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You’ll oversee planned maintenance, dry dockings, vetting inspections, and technical support to Masters and Chief Engineers, making sure the fleet meets the highest operational standards.
It’s a technically demanding role within a collaborative, experienced team, where continuous improvement and professional development are actively encouraged.

About You

You’ll bring extensive technical and engineering expertise, ideally having sailed as Chief Engineer on LPG vessels. You’ll have a deep understanding of LPG systems, gas handling, propulsion, and machinery operations, with a proven track record in maintaining fleet performance and compliance.

You’re methodical, detail oriented, and comfortable overseeing technical audits, dry dockings, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting complex engineering issues. Strong communication skills are key, you’ll provide clear guidance and technical support to Masters and Chief Engineers ashore and afloat.

Experience as a Technical Superintendent ashore is advantageous, but your hands on engineering knowledge and problem solving ability are what will set you apart.
