Faststream Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established ship owner company, who are currently looking for a Technical Superintendent to join the team.
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years in the bunker industry and 1 year experience as a Technical Superintendent in ship management. You will also need to have a minimum COC Class 1 or 2 with sailing experience as Chief Engineer in oil tankers.
Your responsibility would be to superintend all technical and safety matters of the vessels. You'll be carrying out repair maintenance, servicing of vessels, and carrying out negotiations with class surveyors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll need to have good organizational skills and be able to handle multiple projects.
