Looking for a Technical Superintendent with the primary goal of shore support for vessels is to manage their technical and operational needs in line with company guidelines, class requirements, and global regulations.
This involves supervising daily maintenance, procurement, and repairs, adhering to budgets, conducting surveys, assessing vessel conditions, and reporting significant deviations to management. Effective technical management ensures fewer incidents, less downtime, and meets the needs of various stakeholders, including owners, charterers, and third parties, while prioritizing safety.
Qualifications
MEO Class I – COC
Should have sailed as a Chief Engineer, with minimum sailing as Senior Officer (including as 2nd Engineer) for 2 years
Experience Required
Sailing Experience: Should have sailed on Bulk carriers
Shore Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Technical Superintendent.
