You will have a proven track record in technical recruitment and be able to provide the best service to client's, candidates and internal teams. For this position a candidate will either come from an agency or internal recruitment background. Responsibilities -
- Be prepared to meet existing and new clients and stakeholders.
- Confident individual to bring on new business.
- You will be securing the best talent on the market and use your know how to find the best candidates.
- Keep the clients internal system and process are complaint and up to date with company guidelines.
- Oversee the full recruitment process and look to improve/development company procedures.
- Participate in the wider company and business strategy in recruitment.
- Represent the company in promoting their core values and benefits of working with them and attend presentations, conferences and exhibitions.
