We’re working with a reputable ship management company seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to support their tanker fleet operations. This is a hands-on coordination role sitting at the heart of technical, operations, and compliance activities.

What you’ll do:
  • Support IMO DCS, EU MRV submissions and fleet data tracking
  • Maintain trading certificates, audits, inspections, and Q88 updates
  • Assist with SIRE submissions, HVPQ, crew matrices, and audit monitoring
  • Track PMS overdue jobs and support day-to-day technical & operations tasks
  • Prepare documentation for TMSA audits, SSP/SSA/SEEMP, and monthly vessel reports
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–5 years’ experience with a ship owner or ship manager (Technical / Ops / Safety)
  • Tanker exposure strongly preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
