We are on the lookout for a Tanker Operator who can seamlessly coordinate end-to-end vessel and fixture activities. In this role, you will be the go-to expert – overseeing voyage performance, resolving disputes, liaising closely with Owners, Charterers, and brokers, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You will also play a key role in streamlining workflows and supporting chartering matters such as clause negotiations and vessel clearance. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the execution of voyages in compliance with commercial agreements.
Liaise with vessel owners, charterers, port agents, and brokers to align operational planning with contractual obligations.
Monitor vessel movements, routing, bunkering, and cargo readiness.
Respond proactively to operational issues, delays, or disputes, ensuring minimal disruption.
Maintain comprehensive voyage documentation and contribute to claims, demurrage, and post-fixture processes.
Assist in reporting key voyage performance metrics and financial reconciliations.

Requirements:

Strong operational background with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in tanker vessel operations.
Deep understanding of the shipping industry, with a solid grasp of voyage execution and vessel handling.
Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform under pressure.
Highly organized and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Effective communicator with well-developed critical thinking skills and a service-driven attitude.
Technologically proficient, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
