In this role, you will:

  • Lead inspections and surveys of naval ships, including hull structures and machinery.
  • Assess design, production, and in-service aspects of naval vessels.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues, sharing knowledge and building team capability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation, and internal procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in naval surveying practices.
I'm looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years' experience with naval ships.
  • Holds or is eligible for SC clearance.
  • Possesses engineering or nautical/marine qualifications.
  • Can lead teams and tackle complex technical problems hands-on.
