A leading global shipping & logistics company is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Stowage Planner to join their operations in Poland (or Cyprus).
If you have hands-on experience with container stowage planning and want to thrive in a dynamic, international environment, this could be your next big opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare optimal stowage plans for container vessels across Europe & the Mediterranean
• Use Seacos / StowMan for safe, efficient container loading/unloading
• Coordinate with port agents, ship officers & ops teams to ensure turnaround efficiency
• Ensure vessel stability & compliance with maritime safety regs
• Propose improvements to planning tools and workflows
What We’re Looking For:
• Maritime transport degree or Chief Officer license
• Experience on container vessels (2O or similar roles a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Seacos and/or StowMan
• Fluent English, with great communication skills
• Problem-solver, adaptable, and proactive
• Already based in Poland or Cyprus preferred
