Faststream has partnered with one of the providers for marine services specialising in engines for ship owners and managers, they are looking to add a Spare Parts Sales Support to their team.

The responsibilities for the Spare Parts Sales Support are as follows:-
  • Managing inquiry and communicating with headquarters in Europe
  • Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
  • Nurture business relationship by building rapport with existing as well as new customers
  • Provide support for sales team's projects requirement 
  • Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
  • Review database for periodic reporting needs
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following: -
  • Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
  • Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus
  • Good analytical and organisational skills
  • Commitment to work under deadlines
  • Attentive to data accuracy
