What you'll do:
- Handle vessel registrations, ownership transfers, mortgages, and certifications.
- Advise clients on procedures and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and issue official ship documents.
- Support junior team members and manage client-facing communications.
- Degree-level education (law preferred).
- 5+ years in client-facing maritime or shipping roles.
- Strong understanding of mortgage instruments and international maritime conventions (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home after probation).
