What you'll do:
  • Handle vessel registrations, ownership transfers, mortgages, and certifications.
  • Advise clients on procedures and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and issue official ship documents.
  • Support junior team members and manage client-facing communications.
What we're looking for:
  • Degree-level education (law preferred).
  • 5+ years in client-facing maritime or shipping roles.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage instruments and international maritime conventions (IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
